Steve Marino is the founder of Marino & Associates Consulting Inc., a computer consulting and technical services firm established in September 1988 specializing in software engineering and development as well as information technology services. Mr. Steve Marino holds the position of President of Marino & Associates from September 1998. Steve functions as a business analyst, IT consultant, systems analyst and an engineer and developer of strategic custom software for Marino & Associates dealing with various Fortune 100 and 500 clients, broker dealers, investment banks, hedge funds, and institutional trading clients in the areas of back office operations, compliance, trading and order management and execution, asset and portfolio management, as well as other areas in a technical and management capacity. He has designed and built systems specializing in order routing, allocation and clearance for various fixed income, bond and currency market desks at JP Morgan, RMJ Securities and Deuche Bank as well as other domestic and foreign banks. Steve has performed in the capacity of consultant, engineer and algorithm designer on several project teams developing integrated software platforms for investment banking and securities trading teams including First Boston, Swiss Bank and Citibank.

In 2003, Mr. Steve Marino turned his expertise to the futures and commodities industry where he developed market analysis software, technical trading mathematical formulas and algorithms, quantitative analysis procedures and strategic trading models as the chief software engineer for Marino

& Associates Consulting, Inc.  Steve has a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from Hofstra University in 1986.

Ron is a network engineer responsible for all routers, switches, wireless, firewalls and maintaining VPN and DMVPN connections for a global company. With over 50 remote sites world wide and 3 primary sites in New Jersey. Data Center is equipped with latest Nexus 9K, 5k and 2k switches. I work with a small group responsible for a lot of important devices and technology.  Specializes in Network design, security and implementation.   Ron recieved a BA in Information Systems from Stoney Brook University in 2002

Keith handles the planning, scheduling and oversight of various jobs and contracts. Keith is also an experienced IT Consultant and Computer and Network Technician.  He graduated with a BS in Computer Science from Uiversity of Albany in 2011.Keith works closely with our customer partners to help resolve special issues and problems. Subscribing to the belief that an innovative company cannot rest on its past successes, he often serves as the leader or facilitator of our continuous improvement events.

A professional and customer service oriented technician, John has worked in the computer field for IBM Global Services since 1997 managing access controls for servers,  troubleshooting and repairing computers, and fixing network issues. He is A+ Certified, a Microsoft Certified System’s Engineer, and passed the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) exam in 2014.

TJohn’s formal higher learning education consists of earning his Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Systems Management from NYIT University in 2009.
